Voir Dire and Jury Selection
Learn what motivates jurors to view your case favorably or unfavorably. Learn how to craft voir dire questions that reveal problematic jurors and most importantly, learn how to rank order your precious few peremptory challenges to make good challenge decisions during jury selection. Learn what you should ask during voir dire, what you must ask and what you should never ask. Learn how to assess leadership potential or “influence quotient.”
